Human Resources Management in the Posture Development of the Indonesian National Armed Forces for National Defence

Human resources are the most important assets possessed by every institution, from lowest level of institutions to highest such as state. The dynamics an uncertain and complex strategic environment have impact on defense posture TNI, which continues be demanded able balance these dynamics. In process, development TNI's experienced many obstacles, so that role human resource management (HR) was needed in developing Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) for national purposes. Through a qualitative approach data collection primary secondary sources, this study analyzes various aspects relevant context TNI. results indicate there still problems process posture, welfare, health services, social security. Based problems, is according needs existing environment. findings journal can provide insight into how effective influence forces enhance TNI capabilities.
